Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá významem stanovení vybraných znaků pomocí PCR metod v tekuté biopsii pacientů s karcinomem prostaty. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty poznatky nejen o prostatě, karcinomu prostaty, jeho kastračně rezistentní formě, ale také o androgenovém receptoru (AR), kvantitativní PCR v reálném čase (qPCR), digitální PCR (ddPCR) a tekuté biopsii. The diploma thesis deals with the importance of evaluation of selected markers using PCR methods in a liquid biopsy of prostate cancer patients.
