Tématem této práce jsou investiční služby a jejich poskytovatelé. Diplomová práce je zaměřena na novinky na finančním trhu respektive kapitálového s novou právní úpravou v této oblasti. Jedná se novelu zákona o podnikání na kapitálovém trhu, která platí od 1. 7. 2008. Důvodem novelizace tohoto zákona byla implementace směrnice o trzích finančních instrumentů MiFID.
