Tato bakalářská práce se soustřeďuje na analýzu odrazu genderového vývoje ve filmové tvorbě. Konkrétně se zabývá presentací Shakespearovských žen Juliet (Romeo a Julie) a Kateřiny (Zkrocení zlé ženy). Ačkoliv se skládá z pěti kapitol, práci lze rozdělit do dvou hlavních sekcí. This bachelor thesis concentrates on analysis of gender phenomena reflected in film production. It deals with a representation of Shakespearean female characters Juliet (Romeo and Juliet) and Katherine (The Taming of the Shrew) in motion pictures throughout the twentieth century.
