Tato rigorózní práce se zabývá problematikou přeshraniční přepravy odpadů v návaznosti na novou právní úpravu zákona o odpadech a novelizované nařízení č. 1013/2006. This rigorous thesis deals with the issue of transboundary shipments of waste in relation to the new legislation of the Waste Act and the amended Regulation No. 1013/2006.
