Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na uplatňování principů CSR v řízení profesionálního fotbalového klubu. V práci jsou popsány základní pojmy společenské odpovědnosti obecně a fotbalových asociací. Praktická část se zaměřuje na komparaci CSR aktivit FK Teplice a SK Slavia Praha. Práce obsahuje i konkrétní doporučení pro SK Slavia Praha a profesionální fotbal v České republice.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis is focused on the application of CSR principles in the management of a professional football club. The thesis describes the basic concepts of social responsibility in general and in football associations.
