Computer simulation of spread of infectious diseases
Abstract:
Cílem této práce je v programu Matlab vytvořit simulaci některých základních modelů šíření infekčních chorob. Součástí práce je matematický popis daných modelů a jejich analýza s podporou vytvořeného simulačního programu. Vlastní simulace spočívá v řešení systémů obyčejných diferenciálních rovnic pomocí vhodné numerické metody.
Abstract:
The main aim of this work is focused on making computer simulation of spread of infectious diseases in Matlab. The next part of this work is description of selected mathematical models and their qualitative analysis promoted by the simulation program. The simulation is based on solving system of differential equations by suitable numerical method.
