Tato diplomová práce zkoumá vliv makroekonomických faktorů na kapitálovou strukturu podniků. Předmětem jsou podniky obchodované na pražské burze cenných papírů. Za účelem ekonometrické analýzy byl sestaven regresní model, zpracovaný v programu Rstudio. Jako podklad sloužila panelová data z rozmezí let 2012 až 2019. Abstract:
This thesis studies how macroeconomic factors affect enterprise’s capital structure. The subjects are companies listed at Prague stock exchange. For a purpose of econometric analysis, a regression model was made and processed in Rstudio software. Dataset consistes of panel data covering years from 2012 until 2019.
