Legal Capacity of the European Central bank within the European Union

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá Evropskou centrální bankou. Jejím uceleným obrazem a tím jak funguje jako nyní již unijní instituce. Rozebírá podrobněji cíle a úkoly této centrální banky. Ve své práci představím všechny druhy nezávislosti centrální banky Evropské Unie. Koncept nezávislosti Evropské centrální banky zahrnuje funkční a provozní nezávislost, institucionální nezávislost a finanční nezávislost. Poodhalím fungování měnové politiky Evropské centrální banky. Cílem mojí práce je představit Evropskou centrální banku ze všech úhlů a vytvoření uceleného dokumentu o centrální bance Evropské unie v českém jazyce. Použitými metodami při psaní práce bylo studium dostupné literatury, získávání informací z internetových zdrojů a v neposlední řadě i konzultace s odborníky z praxe.

Abstract:

This diploma work is concerned about European Central Bank. Its total overview a the way how it works newly as a Institution of the European Union. Shows more about task and functions of this certain central bank. In my work I introduce all kinds of European Central Bank independence. The concept of independence of the European Central Bank includes the operational and functional, institutional and financial independence. I reveal a bit of the way of how monetary policy of European Central bank works. The task of my work is to introduce European Central Bank from all angles and to create compact document about the central bank of European Union in Czech language. Used methods while writing this work was study of available literature, getting information from the internet sites and also consults with experts with the experience.
