Status of the entrepreneur, the acquisition and extinction

Abstract:

Thesis is focused on the status of the entrepreneur, the acquisition and extinction. The work is divided in to three chapters. The first chapter is devoted to the entrepreneur, its status and activity. The second chapter focuses on the analysis of acquisition and termination status entrepreneur today. The last chapter compares the acquisition and termination of the status of the entrepreneur in the past with the present. Work we tried to gather knowledge of the current status of the entrepreneur, the acquisition and extinction, and compare it with the past. Discusses the status of the entrepreneur in the past, under what conditions the status of a businessman and under what conditions this status came about and then using the comparative method lights the differences in the acquisition and termination status entrepreneur currently and in the past. States in which periodit easier, faster and be better to start a business. We tried work to gather knowledge of the current status of the entrepreneur, the acquisition and extinction, and compare it with the past.

Abstract:

Bakalárska práca je zameraná na status podnikateľa, jeho nadobudnutie a zánik. Práca je rozdelená na tri kapitoly. Prvá kapitola je venovaná podnikateľovi, jeho postaveniu a činnosti. Druhá kapitola je zameraná na analýzu nadobudnutia a zániku statusu podnikateľa v súčasnosti. Posledná kapitola porovnáva nadobudnutie a zánik statusu podnikateľa v minulosti so súčasnosťou. Rozoberá postavenie podnikateľa v minulosti, za akých podmienok získal status podnikateľa a za akých podmienok o tento status prišiel a následne za použitia komparačnej metódy poukazuje na rozdiely v nadobudnutí a zániku statusu podnikateľa v súčasnosti a v minulosti. Uvádza, v ktorom období bolo jednoduchšie, rýchlejšie a možno lepšie začať s podnikaním. Prácou sme sa snažili zozbierať poznatky súčasného statusu podnikateľa, jeho nadobudnutie a zánik a porovnať ho s minulosťou.
