Abstract:

Absolventská práce se zabývá přípravou založení nízkoprahového zařízení pro děti a mládež pod záštitou organizace Charity Šternberk. Vytváří teoretickou základnu pro navazující projekt, ve které mapuje jednotlivé kroky potřebné pro základní nové sociální služby a obsahuje analýzu potřebnosti, která určuje potřebnost vybudování zařízení sociální prevence na území obce s rozšířenou působností Šternberk. Analýza jednotlivých potřebných kroků je neoddělitelná se zákonem o sociálních službách, který vymezuje založení nové sociální služby obecně. Cílem práce je zmapování jednotlivých kroků pro konkrétní organizaci a lokalitu. Téma práce je ukotveno v rámci sociální politiky, metod a technik sociální práce a skrze sociální práci obecně.

Abstract:

The graduation thesis deals with the preparation of the establishment of a low-care facility for children and youth under the auspices of the Charity Šternberk. It creates a theoretical basis for the follow-up project, which maps the individual steps necessary for the basic new social services and includes a needs analysis that determines the necessity of building a social prevention facility on the territory of the municipality of Šternberk. The analysis of the individual steps needed is inseparable from the Social Services Act, which defines the establishment of a new social service in general. The aim of this thesis is to map the individual steps for a specific organisation and locality. The topic of the thesis is anchored in the framework of social policy, methods and techniques of social work and through social work in general.
