New trends in employees´ selection and analysis of selection procedure of chosen organization
Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na jednu z nejdůležitějších částí řízení lidských zdrojů a to na zisk, příjem a výběr zaměstnanců městské policie Hradce Králové. Práce se zabývá všeobecnou problematikou a novými trendy vyskytujícími se v dané oblasti. Cílem práce je analýza poznatků v praxi na konkrétním subjektu.
Abstract:
The thesis focuses on one of the most important parts of the Human Resources Management like recruiting, hiring and selecting of employees of the Municipal Police of Hradec Králové. The thesis does not only deal with general issues, but also with new trends occurring in the section. The aim of this thesis is perform the analysis of knowledge in practice in a particular subject.
