Daňová exekuce se zaměřením na exekuci movitých věcí

Tax executions with emphasis on movable asset execution
Abstract:
Ve své práci popisuji exekuční řízení z pohledu správce daně v České republice, tak jak je denně prováděno pracovníky vymáhacího oddělení. Chci umožnit širší veřejnosti bližší náhled na tuto oblast a ujasnit jim, co slovo exekuce znamená. Jaké druhy exekucí máme a jaký je jejich průběh.
Abstract:
In my work I describe the execution process from the point of view of a tax administrator in the Czech Republic, in the way it is daily implemented by the emplyees of the execution department. I would like to facilitate to the general public a closer look at this area and clarify to them what execution means, what kinds of executions are there and how they are carried out.
