Abstract:

Díky častému styku s ředitelkou Městské správy sociálních služeb v Mostě se pro mě stala zajímavým tématem péče o seniory. Cílem práce je vyzkoumat zda organizace, která takové služby v Mostě poskytuje, funguje správně a efektivně. Teoretická část se zabývá rozlišením vládního a nevládní sektoru, neziskovými organizacemi, jejich charakteristikami a typologiemi. Druhá část je věnována definování pojmu image a podrobněji charakterizuje její dílčí části. V práci zkoumám organizaci, která se zabývá poskytováním služeb, proto je v teoretické části zmíněn marketing služeb a marketing neziskových organizací. Praktickou součástí diplomové práce je výzkum, snažící se přinést aktuální informace o tom, do jaké míry se slučuje představa vedení o image organizace s představou veřejnosti a samotných klientů, kteří využívají služby této organizace. Ale také to, jak efektivně organizace komunikuje s jejími klienty a širší veřejností, tedy způsob a kvalitu marketingové komunikace. Závěr přináší shrnutí poznatků teoretických i praktických a upozorňuje na možné kroky, které by mohly být podniknuty pro správné vnímání organizace klienty i širokou veřejnosti.

Abstract:

The subject matter of this thesis is the care of elderly, due to my frequent contact with the director of Municipal Office of Social Services in Most. The aim of this work is to find out whether such an organization works properly and efficiently in Most. The theoretical part of this thesis briefly describes the governmental and non-governmental sector, non-profit organizations, their characteristics and typology. The purpose of the second part is to define the concept of organization-image and its main parts are described. In this work I investigate a non-profit organization which provides services, that’s why service and non-profit organization marketing is mentioned The next part sets out the theoretical basis for research and its subsequent analysis. The practical part of the thesis is a research. This research merges the organization management leaders thoughts with the opinions of the clients and general public. It is also mentions how effectively the organization interacts with its clients and the wider community. This discovers methods and quality of the organization‘s marketing communication. The conclusion presents a summary of theoretical and practical knowledge and highlights the possible steps that could be taken to improve the effectiveness and feelings of organization’s clients and general public.
