Tato práce se věnuje problematice totální endoprotézy kyčelního kloubu a léčebné rehabilitace, která po implantaci následuje. Práce je rozdělena do 3 částí – obecné, speciální a kazuistiky. This thesis deals with the issue of total hip arthroplasty and medical rehabilitation, that follows implantation. It is divided into three parts: general, special and case re-port. The general part contains a description of the hip joint, types and materials of THA and indications and contraindications of THA implantation.
