V diplomové práci se zabývám faktory, které negativně ovlivňují zdraví žáků základních škol. Teoretická část diplomové práce předkládá informace z oblasti zdravého životního stylu se zaměřením na stravování, pitný režim, spánek, sport, trávení volného času, kouření tabáku, alkoholismus či užívání jiných návykových látek. The thesis is focused on factors which have a negative effect on primary school pupils´health. The theoretical part of the thesis presents the information in the field of healthy lifestyle.
