Cílem této bakalářské práce je rozbor způsobů získávání a výběru pracovníků. Tato bakalářská práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy a analýzy a specifikace pracovních míst a jsou zde popsány metody získávání a výběru zaměstnanců a jejich popisy. The aim of this thesis is analysis of methods of recruitment and selection of staff. This thesis is divided into two parts.
