Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je porovnání dohledu a regulace včetně právních aspektů nad finančním trhem EU a USA. Na základě analýzy vyhodnotit rozdíly v přístupu k regulaci a dohledu nad finančním trhem v EU a USA. Práce se zaměřila právní a institucionální úpravu systému regulace a dohledu v prostředí Evropské unie a USA. Výsledkem je sumarizace hlavních rozdílu mezi těmito dvěma uskupeními.
Abstract:
The aim of the bachelor thesis is to compare supervision and regulation, including legal aspects over the financial markets of the European Union and the USA. Based on the analysis, analyze of the differences in the approach of financial markets regulation and supervision in the European Union and the USA.
