Abstract:
V této práci jsou studována chalkogenidová skla složení As30S70 a As25Sb5S70, rozdíly v jejich vlastnostech, vliv metody přípravy na tyto vlastnosti a následný vliv temperace či expozice na jejich vlastnosti. Studovanými vlastnostmi jsou optické vlastnosti, strukturní analýza a chemická odolnost.
Abstract:
This thesis brings closer look to chalcogenide glasses of compositions As30S70 and As25Sb5S70, differences between their properties, influence of deposition technique on said properties and changes during annealing and exposition. Studied properties are optical properties, structural analysis and etching kinetics.
