Bakalářská práce se zabývá výzkumnou otázkou, zdali jsou ve společnosti CICM s.r.o. využity vhodné nástroje k motivaci zaměstnanců na základě jejich preferencí a všeobecných teorií motivace. The bachelor thesis deals with the research question whether CICM s.r.o. uses appropriate tools to motivate employees based on their preferences and general theories of motivation.
