Abstract:
Vápenaté ionty ovlivňují téměř každý aspekt buněčného života. Jejich hlavním posláním je zprostředkování signálů, které mají širokou působnost od aktivace proteinů až po změny na úrovni genů. Vliv vápenatých iontů se uplatňuje také v buněčné odpovědi na hypoxii. Vápník sehrává svou úlohu při zahájení hypoxie i během reoxygenace. Abstract:
Calcium ionts influent almost every aspect of a cell’s life, their main role is to mediate signals from protein activation to changes in genetic structures. Calcium ionts‘ influece is used also as a cell’s response to hypoxia. Calcium plays it’s part during the hypoxia rise as well as during the reoxygenation.
