Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku hodnototvorných procesů se specifikací na obchod a prodej ve vybraném podnikatelském subjektu, působícím na trhu spotřební elektroniky. V rámci výzkumu daného podniku jsou analyzovány primární a sekundární činnosti v rámci hodnotového řetězce. The diplom thesis focuses on the issue of value creation processes with specification on trade and sales in a selected business entity operating in the consumer electronics market.
