SCI-FI SITCOM - EXAMPLE OF GENRE HYBRIDIZATION
Abstract:
Tato práce je zaměřena na popis mechanismů, které se podílejí na hybridizaci žánru. Modelem pro tuto studii je sci-fi sitcom. Zprvu jsou nastíněny základní konvence výchozího žánru, science fiction, a poté jsou v rámci komparativní analýzy konfrontovány s dalšími žánry, soap operou a sitcomem. This study is focused on desription of mechanisms which take part on genre hybridization. The model of hybrid in this work is sci-fi sitcom. There are some quintessential conventions of science fiction, which are described in the first chapter.
