V naší diplomové práci aplikujeme intervenční program pomocí vysokofrekvenčního intervalového cvičení HIIT a následně diagnostikujeme funkční změny pohybového aparátu Computerovou diagnostikou. Výzkumu se zúčastnilo sedm probandů, kteří byli pravidelně diagnostikováni a podávali zpětnou vazbu formou dotazníků. Abstract:
In our diploma thesis we apply the intervention program using the high intensity interval training HIIT and then we diagnose the functional changes of the skeleto-muscular system by using the Computer diagnostic. The research had been atended by seven participans whose had been diagnosed reguralrly and had been submitted for feedback via questionnaires.
