Abstract:

Práce se zabývá možnostmi zlepšení komunikačních nástrojů v dopravní společnosti Ewals Cargo Care. V práci je teoreticky vymezen proces komunikace a komunikačních nástrojů 21. století a následně provedena analýza současného stavu v oblasti používání jednotlivých komunikačních nástrojů ze strany společnosti směrem k zákazníkovi. Na základě zjištěných výsledků analýzy současného stavu jsou navržena opatření, která se týkají především zvýšené aktivity na sociálních sítích a serveru YouTube. Závěrečná kapitola přináší zhodnocení navrhovaných opatření.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of communication tools in the transport company Equals Cargo Care. The thesis theoretically defines the process of communication and communication tools of the 21st century and the analyzes the current situation in the use of individual communication tools by the company towards the customer. Based on the findings analysis results of the current situation, measures are proposed, which relate mainly to increased activity on social networks and the YouTube server. The final chapter presents an evaluation of the proposed measures.
