Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na komunikační chyby manažerů ve vybraném podniku. Vybraným analyzovaným podnikem je výrobní závod Beroun, který patří pod jednoho z největších výrobců stavebních materiálů v Evropě, tento výrobní závod se zaměřuje především na výrobu střešních krytin a fasádních desek z vláknocementu. This bachelor’s thesis focuses on communication mistakes of managers in a selected company. The selected and analyzed company is a manufacturing facility in Beroun which belongs to one of Europe’s largest manufacturers of building materials.
