Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na proces redesignu vybrané webové prezentace s využitím metodologie Design Thinking s cílem zlepšit uživatelskou zkušenost. V úvodu práce jsou definovány hlavní cíle projektu, kterými jsou identifikace a řešení stávajících problémů webové prezentace, zlepšení její funkčnosti a estetiky, a tím podpora obchodních cílů. Metodologická část se věnuje popisu procesu Design Thinking, který je rozdělen do pěti klíčových fází: empatie, definice problému, ideace, prototypování a testování. V rámci analytické části je představena metoda výběru webové prezentace a provedena její důkladná analýza včetně UX výzkumu zaměřeného na potřeby a preference cílové skupiny uživatelů. Na základě zjištěných informací byl v praktické části navržen nový koncept webové prezentace, který byl postupně transformován do Lo-fi a následně Hi-fi prototypu. Každá fáze byla podrobena uživatelským testům s cílem získat zpětnou vazbu a provést potřebné úpravy. Výsledkem práce je redesignovaná webová prezentace, která lépe reflektuje potřeby uživatelů a přináší vylepšenou uživatelskou zkušenost. Závěrečná část práce evaluuje dosažené výsledky v kontextu původních cílů a diskutuje přínosy aplikace Design Thinking na proces redesignu webových prezentací. Práce dále nastiňuje možnosti dalšího výzkumu a rozvoje v oblasti webdesignu a UX. Tento projekt potvrzuje, že metodika Design Thinking představuje efektivní přístup k inovaci a zlepšování digitálních produktů s ohledem na skutečné potřeby uživatelů.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis focuses on the process of redesigning a selected web presentation using Design Thinking methodology in order to improve the user experience. In the introduction of the thesis, the main objectives of the project are defined, which are to identify and solve the existing problems of the web presentation, improve its functionality and aesthetics, and in this way support the business objectives. The methodology section describes the Design Thinking process, which is divided into five key phases: empathy, problem definition, ideation, prototyping and testing. The analytical part presents the method of selecting a web presentation and conducts a thorough analysis of it, including UX research focused on the needs and preferences of the target user group. Based on the information found, a new concept of the web presentation was designed in the practical part, which was gradually transformed into a Lo-fi and then Hi-fi prototype. Each phase was subjected to user tests in order to obtain feedback and to produce necessary adjustments. The result of the work is a redesigned web presentation that better reflects the users' needs and delivers an improved user experience. The final part of the thesis evaluates the achieved results in the context of the original objectives and discusses the benefits of Design Thinking on the process of redesigning web presentations. The thesis also outlines opportunities for further research and development in the field of web design and UX. This project confirms that the Design Thinking methodology is an effective approach to innovating and improving digital products with respect to real user needs.
