Abstract:
Téma Víno a podávaní vína jsem si zvolila, abych podpořila především praktickou přípravu žáků na středních odborných školách. Cílem této práce je vést žáky k vyšší efektivitě odborného vzdělávání v oblasti gastronomie, se zaměřením na znalost vína (jeho původu, druhů a odrůd) a podávání vína. Abstract:
I chose the topic "Wine and Wine Service"to support mainly the practical training of students at secondary vocational schools. The aim of this thesis is to lead to a higher efficiency of vocational education in the field. I draw on my own experience of many years and on the study of professional documents dealing with this issue.
