Diplomová práce se zabývá otázkami a pojetím výkonnosti ve veřejné správě a představuje hlavní metody, které se pro hodnocení výkonnosti využívají. Pro praktickou ukázku byly představeny účetní klíčové analytické ukazatele, které lze uplatnit ve finančních oblastech v metodách hodnocení výkonnosti, které jsou v současnosti klasifikovány jako celostní. The thesis deals with issues and concepts of performance in public administration and presents the main methods that are, used to evaluate performance.
