The Community Plan for target group of seniors in the city of Jablonec nad Nisou

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce popisuje postup procesu komunitního plánování sociálních služeb. Popisuje jednotlivé kroky tohoto procesu, metodologii a zaměřuje se na tovrbu komunitního plánu sociálních služeb pro cílovou skupinu senioři ve městě Jablonec nad Nisou, který byl cílem bakalářské práce. Během tvorby komunitního plánu jsem definovala (společně se zástupci uživatelů a poskytovatelů sociálních služeb)dvě základní proority, které by měly vést ke zkvalitnění poskytovaných sociálních služeb a k větší spokojenosti jejich uživatelů.Těmito prioritami jsou rozvoj aktivního a společenského života seniorů a zajištění vhodného bydlení pro seniory. Pokud by se podařilo realizovat tyto seniory definované priority, zamezilo by to jejich sociální exkluzi a izolovanosti a pomohlo by je to celkově aktivizovat a v důsledku toho zkvalitnit jejich životy.

Abstract:

This bachelor's paper describes the process of planning social welfare sevices. It deals with each step of the process, as well as the underlying methodology. The paper focuses on the development of a community plan of social welfare, the target group are senior citizens of Jablonec nad Nisou. The goal of this paper is the creation of said plan. In developing this plan, two priorities with represantatives of both service providers and recepients, are defined. Implementing these priorities is intended to achieve a high quality of service delivery and maximize customer satisfaction. Specifically, the two priorities are firstly to enhance senior citizens social life, and secondly to assure them suitable accomodation. If these two priorities are realised, we can help to prevent the social exklusion of senior citizens, and assist in getting them motivated and engaged.
