Visitor satisfaction in the tourist destination

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá spokojeností návštěvníka v destinaci Střední Morava. Cílem této práce bylo navrhnout doporučení pro management destinace Střední Morava vedoucí ke zvýšení spokojenosti návštěvníků. Na základě identifikace faktorů ovlivňujících celkovou spokojenost návštěvníků destinace Střední Morava a vnímání kvantity a kvality primární a sekundární nabídky cestovního ruchu, identifikovat silné a slabé stránky destinace. Nejprve byla sestavena literární rešerše, kde je shrnut přehled řešené problematiky. Pro výzkum byla zvolena metoda rozhovoru s návštěvníky a metoda TAPI, výzkumu se účastnilo 219 respondentů. Výsledky ukázaly, že nejméně jsou respondenti spokojeni se stravovacími službami, společenskými akcemi, turistickými průvodci, místní dopravou, dopravou v místě a parkováním. Na základě těchto výsledků byly navrženy noční kostýmové prohlídky měst Olomouc a Kroměříž a pro zlepšení situace parkování byla navržena aplikace „Parkuj v Olomouci“.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis investigates the satisfaction of visitors in the destination of the Middle Moravia. The goal of this thesis was to propose recommendations for the management of the destination Middle Moravia, which increases visitors´ satisfaction on-base identification factors that influence visitor satisfaction of the destination Middle Moravia and his perception of the quantity and quality of pri-mary secondary supply of the tourism, identify strengths and weaknesses of the destination. The first was made literary research where is summarized an over-view of the issues addressed. For research was chosen method of interviews with visitors and the TAPI method, research participated 219 respondents. As the re-spondents show, the fewest satisfaction is with catering services, social events, tour guides, local transport, transport in place, and parking. On the basis were proposed night guided tours in the cites Olomouc and Kroměříž, and for im-provement of the situation was proposed the application “Parkuj v Olomouci”
