Abstract:
In the following Bachelor Thesis there will be presented brief overview of Direct Marketing and it’s main tools and mainly how they are being used in the banking sphere on the example of „B&N“ Bank. Thesis consists of two parts, theoretical and practical. There will be found out, are those tools and techniques are useful nowadays and how bank is using them.
