Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou soudních rozhodnutí vybraných ustanovení zákona o svobodném přístupu k informacím. Zkoumá adekvátnost poskytovaných informací, jasnost a jednoznačnost zákona. Zjišťuje, které oblasti jsou sporné a problematické. Jak se k jejich řešení staví soudy, zda stojí na straně žadatelů nebo orgánů veřejné správy.
Abstract:
This bachelor´s thesis analyzes the judicial decisions of selected provisions of the Law on Free Access to Information. Examine the adequacy of the provided informations, clarity and transparency of the law. Finds which areas are disputed and problematic. How these problematic areas are solved by the courts, whether standing on the part of applicants or public authorities.
