Předmětem bakalářské práce je bonus-malus systém v pojištění automobilů. První část práce hovoří o základních principech pojišťovnictví a o pojištění automobilů. Následující části se zabývají teoretickými podklady k tvorbě a analýze bonus-malus systémů konstruovaných jako Markovské řetězce. The subject of this thesis is the bonus-malus system in car insurance. The first part talks about the basic principles of insurance and car insurance. The following sections deal with theoretical basis for the creation and analysis of bonus-malus systems designed as a Markov chain.
