Táto bakalárska práca sa zaoberá analýzou systému riadenia zásob výrobného závodu a návrhom jeho zlepšenia. Teoretická časť práce sa venuje popisu významu zásob, klasifikácii zásob a riadeniu zásob. Ďalej sa venuje systémom riadenia zásob ako aj nástrojom diferencovaného riadenia zásob. V praktickej časti práce je popis zásob vo vybranom výrobnom závode, ktorý sa venuje najmä konečným zásobám. This bachelor thesis analyzes the stock management system of the factory and its design improvements. The teoretical part of my thesis apply to the description of importance, the classifiacation and the management of stock .
