Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje popisu kultivace a uchovávání sulfát redukujících bakterií s možností uplatnění metody kryokonzervace pro dlouhodobé uchovávání. Tato metoda je dobře popsána u střevních mikroorganizmů. Sulfát redukující bakterie se vyskytují téměř ve všech prostředích na Zemi. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis is devoted to the cultivation and preservation methods associated with sulfate-reducing bacteria. This novel study aims to explore the possibility of applying cryopreservation as a long-term storage method, which is well described in other intestinal microorganisms.
