Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku práv poškozeného v průběhu trestního řízení s důrazem na právo poškozeného na účinné vyšetřování. Práce hledá odpověď zejména na otázku, zda je v České republice poškozenému dostatečně přiznáno právo na účinné vyšetřování a zda mu z něj vyplývá také právo na potrestání pachatele. The present diploma thesis focuses on the right of aggrieved party during the criminal procedure, specifically to the right of aggrieved party to an effective investigation.
