Magisterská diplomová práce pojednává o vzdělávacích a rozvojových potřebách zaměstnanců z několika perspektiv uvnitř organizace. V práci se zaměřuji na společenský i organizační kontext vzdělávání dospělých i jejich potřeb. Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with employee educational and development needs in terms of perspectives within the organization. The thesis is focused on social and organizational context of adult education and their needs.
