Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce analyzuje současnou právní úpravu akciových společností. V důsledku nové legislativy bylo nutné aplikovat v těchto společnostech mnoho zásadních změn. Cílem této práce je tedy doplnit nejnovější legislativní úpravu o informace o významných změnách, kterými úprava prošla a ukázat, jak se s nimi vybraná společnost, konkrétně PARAMO, a. s., vypořádala.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis analyses the current legislation of the joint-stock companies. As a result of the new legislation was necessary to apply many fundamental changes in corporations. The aim of this work is to complement the latest legislation of a significant changes, which has been necessary to apply and show how the selected company, namely PARAMO a. s., has dealt with it.
