Ve své teoretické části bakalářská práce popisuje základní metody finanční analýzy. V praktické práci analyzuje koupi a provoz baru. Nejdříve je vypracována SWOT analýza a následně jsou pomocí čisté současné hodnoty, vnitřního výnosového procenta a dalších metod analyzovány tři varianty návštěvnosti baru pro vyhodnocení výnosnosti investice. Abstract:
In its theoretical part bachelor thesis describes basic financial-analytic methods. In the practical part buy and running of the bar is analysed. At first the SWOT analysis is worked out. Than evaluation of project effectiveness for three versions of attendants with NPV (Net Present Value), IRR (Internal Rate of Return) and other methods is made.
