Předmětem diplomové práce „Reporting – formát, struktura, četnost controllingových zpráv“ je analýza controllingu a reportingu v konkrétním podniku a návrh přizpůsobení těchto systémů dle potřeb managementu. The goal of the thesis “Reporting – Format, Structure and Frequency of Controller’s Report” is to analyze controlling and reporting in selected company and to propose adjustments to these systems based on management needs.
