Bakalářská práce si klade za cíl shrnout a utřídit informace o problémech začínajících učitelů a zjistit, jakým způsobem je jim poskytována podpora v jejich profesních začátcích.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis aims to gather and organize informations about the problems of new nursery school teachers and determines their receiving support in their new professional beginning.
