Class Climate and Class Cohesion at Primary School
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá klimatem a soudržností třídy na prvním stupni základní školy. V teoretické části popisuji klima třídy, kompetence učitele a třídu jako sociální skupinu. V praktické části jsou uvedeny výsledky šetření získané pozorováním, rozhovory a testem nedokončených vět. Sledovala jsem učitelovy prostředky rozvíjení vztahů mezi žáky a pohled žáků na jejich třídu.
Abstract:
The thesis focuses on class climate and class cohesion at primary school. Theoretical part describes class climate, teacher´s competences and class as a social group. The research presents conclusions of surveying, interviews and test of unfinished sentences.
