Evaluation and Proposal to Support the Development of Competitiveness of the Sternbersko Microregion

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou rozvoje konkurenceschopnosti Mikroregionu Šternbersko. Hlavním cílem práce je zhodnotit současný stav konkurenceschopnosti Mikroregionu Šternbersko a následně vytvořit návrh podpory rozvoje konkurenceschopnosti mikroregionu v podobě konkrétních opatření a aktivit, včetně časové, finanční a rizikové analýzy. Vytvořený návrh podpory rozvoje konkurenceschopnosti Mikroregionu Šternbersko vychází z poznatků z literární rešerše v teoretické části práce a z výsledků analýz v analytické části práce. Diplomová práce reaguje na skutečné potřeby Mikroregionu Šternbersko zjištěné na základě rozhovorů a diskuzí s pracovníky mikroregionu a se starosty členských obcí.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with issues and current topics of competitiveness development in the Sternbersko Microregion. The main goal of this thesis is to evaluate the current state of competitiveness of the Sternbersko Microregion and subsequently create a proposal to support the development of the competitiveness in the form of specific measures and activities, including time, financial and risk analysis. The proposal to support the development of competitiveness of the Sternbersko Microregion is created on the basis of a literature search in the theoretical part of this thesis and on the basis of the analysis results in the analytical part of this thesis. This diploma thesis is based on the real needs of the Sternbersko Microregion analysed on the basis of interviews and discussions with the staff of the microregion and the mayors of member municipalities.
