Abstract:
Cílem práce bude zjistit, jaké stresory se vyskytly v práci pedagogů v době pandemie v roce 2020. Teoretická část bude zaměřena na vymezení pojmů a bližší seznámení s problematikou. Jako první zde bude definován stres obecně a pojmy s ním spojených-stresor a stresové situace, historie výzkumu stresu, druhy, příčiny a důsledky stresu. The aim of the work is to find out what stressors occurred within the work of teachers during the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020. The theoretical part focuses on the definition of terms and a closer acquaintance with the issue.
