Abstract:

Tihonová, M. Identifikace klíčových faktorů strategické finanční výkonnosti podniků v odvětví potravinářství v České republice vzhledem k procesům fúzí a akvizic. Diplomová práce. Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně, 2022. Práce se soustředí na nalezení klíčových faktorů, které ovlivňují strategickou finanční výkonnost podniků v potravinářském průmyslu a to v souvislosti s fúzemi a akvizicemi. V literární rešerši je podán náhled na problematiku fúzí a akvizic v České republice i v zahraničí a na metodické přístupy zkoumající strategickou finanční výkonnost. V empirické části práce je zkoumán výběrový soubor podniků z potravinářského průmyslu, které byly účastny akvizic. Prostřednictvím metod technické finanční analýzy jsou zkoumány faktory, které měly největší vliv na jejich strategickou finanční výkonnost.

This thesis focuses on finding key factors that affect the strategic financial performance of companies in the food industry in connection with mergers and acquisitions. The literature research provides an overview of the issue of mergers and acquisitions in the Czech Republic and abroad, and the methodological approaches examining strategic financial performance. The empirical part of this thesis examines a sample of companies from the food industry that were involved in acquisitions. The factors, that had the greatest impact on the subject’s strategic financial performance, are examined through technical financial analysis.
