Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku sociální práce s rodinou. Tuto oblast sociální práce popisuje a analyzuje v kontextu podpory rodinných funkcí a zachování celistvosti rodiny. Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat činnost sociálně aktivizačních služeb pro rodiny s dětmi (SAS) a určit, jakým způsobem může tato sociální služba pomoci klientským rodinám v oblasti rozvoje rodičovských kompetencí a prevence odebrání dítěte z rodiny. Prostřednictvím polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s pracovníky sociálně aktivizační služby pro rodiny s dětmi bych chtěla zjistit, jak probíhá spolupráce sociálních pracovníků s ohroženou rodinou. Hlavním cílem tohoto kvalitativního šetření bude najít odpověď na výzkumné otázky a analyzovat činnosti této sociální služby, které pomáhají klientům zachovat rodinné funkce a zabránit tak odebrání dítěte z rodiny. Zaměřovat se budu na sociální služby v oblasti hlavního města Prahy. Na základě zjištěných dat bude vytvořeno doporučení pro další možnou podporu rodičovských kompetencí při výkonu sociální práce s ohroženou rodinou.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis focuses on the issue of social work with the family. This area of social work is described and analysed in the context of supporting family functions and preserving the integrity of the family. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyze the activities of social activation services for families with children (SAS) and to determine how this social service can help client families in the area of development of parental competences and prevention of removal of a child from the family. Using semi-structured interviews with social activation services staff for families with children, I would like to find out how social workers interact with at-risk families. The main objective of this qualitative survey will be to find an answer to research questions and analyze the activities of this social service that help clients preserve family functions and thus prevent the removal of a child from the family. I will focus on social services in the area of the capital city of Prague. Based on the data collected, a recommendation will be created for further possible support of parental competences in the performance of social work with at-risk families.
