Identifikace finančních dopadů krize v cestovním ruchu

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je na vybrané skupině cestovních společností identifikovat finanční dopady krize v souvislosti s pandemií Covid-19. Na začátku zkoumání je důležité uvést a popsat jednotlivé metody komplexního hodnocení vybraných společností, které budou následně v části nazvané Výsledky využity pro detailnější analýzu. Mezi těmito metodami budou použity ukazatelé rentability, aktivity, likvidity, zadluženosti, Altmanova analýza, indexy IN, Tafflerova analýza a index bonity. V kapitole s názvem Výsledky budou vybrané metody hodnocení aplikovány na vybrané cestovní společnosti a interpretovány jejich výsledky. Následně proběhne komparace zjištěných výsledků mezi vybranými společnostmi a odvětvím spadajícím do cestovního ruchu. Použití těchto metod hodnocení je pro společnosti z hlediska jednoduchosti a nenákladnosti výhodné. Existují ovšem určitá omezení vybraných metod hodnocení. Dvě společnosti byly v rámci analýzy hodnoceny v posledním sledovaném roce jako bankrotní, ale zatím stále fungují. Z tohoto zjištění vyplývá, že aby bylo hodnocení objektivní, bylo by nutné do analýzy zapojit i nefinanční údaje a počítat i s vnitřními a vnějšími vlivy, které na společnosti působí.

Abstract:

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to identify the financial impact of the crisis in connection with the Covid-19 pandemic on a selected group of travel companies. At the beginning of the research, it is important to state and describe the individual methods of comprehensive evaluation of selected companies, which will then be used in the section entitled Results for a more detailed analysis. Among these methods, indicators of profitability, activity, liquidity, indebtedness, Altman analysis, IN indices, Taffler analysis and creditworthiness index will be used. In the chapter entitled Results, the selected evaluation methods will be applied to selected travel companies and their results will be interpreted. Subsequently, a comparison of the results will be made between the selected companies and the tourism industry. The use of these evaluation methods is advantageous for companies in terms of simplicity and cost. However, there are some limitations to the selected assessment methods. As part of the analysis, two companies were assessed as bankrupt in the last year under review, but they are still operating. This finding shows that in order for the evaluation to be objective, it would be necessary to include non-financial data in the analysis and to take into account the internal and external influences that affect companies.
