Práce si klade za cíl čtenáře seznámit s palácem Alfa, významnou funkcionalistickou stavbou architekta Bohuslava Fuchse stojící v centru Brna od 30. let 20. století. Vzhledem k povaze objektu se už v době vzniku jednalo o významný článek v každodenním životě moravské metropole. The thesis aims to introduce the Alfa palace, a significant functionalist building built in the 1930s by the architect Bohuslav Fuchs in the Brno city center. Given the nature of the structure, the Alfa palace has been an important part of an everyday live in the Moravian metropolis since its origin.
