The right of life: euthanasia as a legal problem?
Abstract:
První část diplomové práce se zabývá problematikou práva na život s ohledem na problematiku euthanasie. Druhá část práce je věnována vztahu pacienta a lékaře. V poslední části jsme se zaměřili na úřad paicentského ombudsmana.
Abstract:
First part of this work deal with problem of the right to life, we specialize in euthanasia. Second part engage in relationship between patient and doctor. Last part is concentrated on patient ombudsman office.
