Diplomová práce se zabývá dietárním přívodem polynenasycených mastných kyselin u dospělých pacientů s obezitou. Teoretická část popisuje základní informace o polynenasycených mastných kyselinách, jejich zdrojích ve stravě a doporučených denních dávkách. The diploma thesis deals with the dietary intake of polyunsaturated fatty acids in adult patients with obesity. The theoretical part describes essential information about polyunsaturated fatty acids, their sources in the diet and recommended daily doses.
